Depending on what services are built into the website, it may be necessary to create and maintain user accounts. One example might be blogging functionality, where members of an organization can log in and post comments.

We will do the initial set up process for this, and give instructions on how to properly maintain user accounts. Every organization is different, so we work with our clients to set up a system that works best for them.

All organizations will have at least one designated webmaster. The webmaster will have access to create new accounts and maintain existing accounts. We will work with the webmaster for the initial release of the website to set up different types of users and user groups and their account privileges and restrictions.
